Group Student-Athlete Experience: 

OVERVIEW

  • 12-week program that encourages both personal and athletic development while emphasizing a growth mindset, resilience, and the importance of teamwork. 

  • Curriculum focuses on building confidence, mindset development, overcoming fears, and strengthening teamwork for student-athletes. 

  • The program is a combination of in-person events, independent and group work that includes a range of different activities, discussions, speakers, and projects.
