Freer Mind Approach

Freer Mind recognizes the importance of developing and strengthening the transferable life skills that are learned from being a student-athlete. Freer Mind helps individuals understand what it means to be a lifelong student-athlete. Our approach is holistic. We aim to build mental, physical, and intellectual strength with a focus on understanding how to apply these skills in the classroom, field, and beyond.

“Over my time working with Coach Sarah I improved not only physically as an athlete but mentally too. Through working in the gym and on my mobility with various stretching and yoga sessions, I improved my speed, agility, and strength which helped translate for me as a soccer player. On top of that, we went to a soccer field and worked with the ball as part of our session. No matter if it was simple passing drills or complex dribbling drills there was always a purpose behind them and my touch improved with the ball. Not only did my ability on the field improve, but my confidence did as well. Aside from the physical improvement, I improved mentally.
